This quiz is based on The Rewired Method — a coaching system built specifically for women with ADHD. Your result will show you exactly where your brain is getting stuck and what to do about it.

The quiz

1

When you think about going to the gym, what usually gets in the way?

AI never know what to do when I get there — no clear plan
BI just cannot make myself go — even when I want to
CI go for a few weeks then completely fall off

Your ADHD Fitness Block

Structure

Your brain needs a plan so simple it cannot argue with it. Right now you are spending mental energy on decisions that should already be made — what to train, when to go, what to eat. That energy is being wasted before you even start.

Signs this is your block

You do not have a set training schedule
You wing your workouts when you get there
You eat whatever is easiest because you have no system
The plan changes every week

What you need

Decide your training days once — and never change them. Build three meals you love and rotate them. Remove every decision you possibly can. Complexity is the enemy of your consistency.

Your ADHD Fitness Block

Simplicity

Your brain is overwhelmed — by food decisions, by training options, by the sheer amount of information about health and fitness that exists. The more complicated the plan, the faster your ADHD brain will abandon it.

Signs this is your block

Food feels chaotic and out of control
You forget to eat and then want everything at once
You have tried every diet and nothing sticks
You feel overwhelmed by nutrition information

What you need

Strip everything back. Three breakfasts, three lunches, three dinners — foods you actually love, eaten on repeat. Set meal alarms. Stop trying to be perfect. Boring meals are your superpower.

Your ADHD Fitness Block

Momentum

You do not have a motivation problem. You have a wrong goal problem. ADHD brains cannot sustain action without something genuinely exciting to chase. Vague goals produce vague results — and an ADHD brain with nothing to hyper-focus on will always drift.

Signs this is your block

You start strong and lose interest after a few weeks
Your goal feels sensible but not exciting
You need a real deadline or event to stay motivated
You have achieved things when you really wanted them

What you need

Find the real goal. Not the sensible one — the one that genuinely makes you feel something. A date, an event, a feeling. Something your brain can lock onto and run towards. When the target is right, the hyper-focus does the rest.

Ready to fix your block?
